Now Hiring · Utah

Pharmacy is a craft. We're hiring people who treat it that way.

We're building a team that wants to spend a career doing the work right. eMed Scripts is the offline pharmacy of the eMed network.

Technician loading shipping totes into a delivery van at the loading bay

One facility. One job. The right medicine to the right patient, on time.

How we work

Six things we believe — and ask of every person we hire.

These aren't posters. They are the criteria for whether someone fits here.

01

The patient comes first. Every time.

Every decision in this building gets back to one question: is this what's best for the person taking the medication? If the answer isn't yes, we stop and start over.

02

Right beats fast. Fast beats slow.

We move with urgency, but never at the cost of accuracy. A wrong prescription delivered in an hour is worse than a right one delivered in two.

03

Trust is built one fill at a time.

A pharmacy is a promise — that what's on the label is what's in the bottle, and that anyone here will give you a real answer to a real question.

04

We say it when we see it.

If something looks wrong — a dosage, a duplicate, an interaction — we stop the line. Speaking up is the job, not a disruption to it.

05

The pharmacist on the line is the pharmacist on the floor.

No call centers. No offshore queues. The voice on the phone belongs to the person three steps from your file, who can pick it up and read it.

06

The medicine is human. The systems should be invisible.

We use modern tools so our pharmacists can spend their time where it matters — on the phone, at the counter, at the bench.

"Twelve years at a chain taught me that 'scripts per hour' was the metric, not the patient. Here, when a refill looks off, I have the minutes to pick up the phone. That used to be the whole job. Here it still is."

— Phill, PharmD, Staff Pharmacist, eMed Scripts
